Fabrication:

Panels are fabricated by applying high strength thermoset adhesive to chemically processed and primed aluminum skins. They are then press cured and trimmed.

- Perforated Aluminum Honeycomb Core (3/8" cell, 3.6lb/ft3 density)
- High strength and stiffness at a minimum weight

Application:
|
Honeycomb panels are commonly chosen for their high strength to weight ratio. Honeycomb panels possess excellent dimensional stability at elevated temperatures and are lightweight.
Other uses include a wide variety of applications requiring a flat, stiff, high strength panel at minimum width such as ceiling panels, partitions/walls, light weight boxes and storage containers, bulkheads, display boards and signs.
